Orders & Delivery
Order by Sunday and get it delivered by Wednesday
If you place your order between Monday to Sunday (2359) on week 1, your order will be ready on Wednesday on week 2 to be delivered and/or collected. Delivery will be done every Wednesday between 9am to 5pm. Do make sure someone is around to receive the order, especially if there is cold pressured juice in the order as they should be chilled asap. If you aren’t sure to be around, kindly select weekend delivery for an additional fee or choose to self collect. Our delivery routes are planned for efficiency, so we will not be able to cater to specific timing requests within 9am to 5pm.
Weekend Delivery at a surcharge
Our weekend deliveries are outsourced, so our customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours of your order confirmation to coordinate the delivery with you.

Changes to Orders
Email us with your order number and change required, but do note that the changes may affect delivery or collection timing according to the next order cycle.
Order Cancellation
No cancellation or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed.
How can i get my order faster?
We produce the products as fresh as they can be, and hence we do have a fixed set of Standard Operating Procedures and days for each production. Unfortunately, we are unable to adhere to express orders on this website currently. If you need urgent orders, you may look for our brands on Redmart.

Expiry
As printed on the back of each bottle, with min 21 days shelf life from delivery.
Storage
Have to be kept chilled (1-6 degree Celsius) at all times and best to be consumed within the day once opened.
What’s Cold Pressed vs Cold Pressured
Cold pressed juices are 100% cold pressed from fresh produce with no sugar or preservatives added, and with no heat incurred during the extraction process to preserve the nutritional value of the ingredients. The cold pressed juice undergoes an additional process of Cold Pressurisation to eliminate harmful bacteria and extend its chilled shelf life from 4 days to more than 30 days, whilst preserving its freshness, taste, texture and nutritional value.
Are the juices Halal?
All of our juices are MUIS Halal Certified.
Are the juices Vegan?
Yes. The juices are suitable for Vegans.
Usage of plastic bottles
Unfortunately due to the cold pressure processing that the juice needs to undergo for the elimination of bacteria and maintaining of shelf life, the juices have to be bottled in plastic.

Expiry
The expiry date is printed on the packaging. You are guaranteed a minimum of 1 month shelf life when you receive it.
Storage
Please store the products in a cool and dry place.
Are the products Vegan?
We do have some Vegan options for our snacks. They are Activated Nut Mix, Activated Almonds, Gula Melaka Almonds and Maple Mulberry Granola Crunch.
Only our Halal Snacks are MUIS Halal Certified. Whilst our granola are not certified, we only use halal ingredients for all our products.
