This program is our answer for the seasoned cleanse customers who appreciate a lighter detox menu. The OG 2 day cleanse consists of 5 juices each day, instead of 6, for a duration of 2 days. Try to keep total calorie count averaging 800kCal each day for more optimal results!

Follow closely to our step-by-step guide and put together 5 bottles of highly nutritious juices consisting of a selection of smoothies, powerhouse greens and plant-based lattes, giving your system a well-deserved reboot.

For nutritionist-designed programs, juices/ soups are delivered the evening (7-10pm) before your chosen program start date.
For 5 day programs, a 2nd delivery is required and will be made 2 days after the first delivery.
For 5:2 & LEAN programs, subsequent deliveries will be on the same day of the week as the last delivery.
