Terms of order

As we use only the freshest ingredients for our juices, we will require orders to come in at least 4 days before your start date. For juice cleanses, we encourage you to place your orders a week in advance in order to follow our preparation guide to benefit from the cleanse more thoroughly. Certain popular dates do book out early, so order in advance to avoid disappointment!

Corporate Orders & Events

We provide special rates for group and corporate orders and you can download the JUICE DEPARTMENT brochure for more information. If you are interested in having our juices at your F&B or retail establishments or for a special event, we have WHOLESALE and CATERING packages that will meet your personalised requirements as well. Payment Mode

We accept payment online made with Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations of orders or refunds once the order is placed. Should you need to unexpectedly postpone your order, please do so under “My account” by logging in on hicjuice.com at least 3 days before your delivery date. We allow credit postponement up to 3 months. Contact us at least 10 days before your start date and we may allow credit postponement by up to 3 months.

Delivery Service

Delivery for orders over $60 is free. For nutritionist-designed programs, deliveries are made the evening before your Start Date. Someone must be present to receive the juices and the driver will not be able to wait for more than 5 minutes. Should there be no one to receive the juices within the stipulated time slot, there will be no rescheduled delivery nor refund for the juices. For our 5 day cleanses, there will be a second delivery after the 2nd or 3rd day of your cleanse.


If you have chosen to self-collect your juices at our designated HIC location, be sure to pick up your juices the evening before your Start Date, during opening hours. 5 day cleanses will have its second collection after the 2nd or 3rd day of your cleanse to ensure freshness. 

Juices will be packed in bottles of 6 into a cooler bag and can weigh up to 4kg per bag. As the juices need to be constantly chilled, make sure you are heading home after collecting the juices! The cooler bag will be able to keep the juices out of the chiller by approximately 2 hours only. We strongly encourage customers to opt for delivery for quality and convenience.

Store The Juices Well

Upon receiving the juices, please store them in the refrigerator immediately. The juices need to be chilled at 1 to 6 degrees Celsius at all times. Do not freeze the juices. If you need to bring them out for consumption, only transfer them from your refrigerator to the cooler bags just before you leave home. To avoid oxidation, keep them out of direct sunlight and do not remove the lids of the bottles until you are to consume them. 

The juices are raw and unpasteurised, and will have a chilled shelf life of 3 days from the Start Date. It is not recommended to consume the juices after the 3rd day from your start date. 

Cold Pressured Juices

Our cold pressured juices have an extended shelf life of up to 30 days. They have undergone a cold pressure process to eliminate bacteria without exposure to heat, you can find out more about the process here. It is best to refer to the Best Before Date printed on each bottle. These juices need to be chilled at all times.
