About The Order

  • 1.  What are the available ways for me to receive my order?keyboard_arrow_down
    We will have it delivered to you for free if order is more than $60. Otherwise a $20 delivery fee applies.
  • 2.  I have a last minute change of schedule. Can I change my delivery slot?keyboard_arrow_down
    No problem if you could let us know at least 4 working days before your start date. We may allow postponement up to 3 months only and no cancellations or refunds will be made.
  • 3.   Can I request for a specific timing between the delivery time slot?keyboard_arrow_down
    As our delivery routes are different every day, it will not be possible to request for your delivery to reach at a specific timing. However, customers that wish to request for a specific timing can email to orders@hicjuice.com.sg, and our logistics team will try to accommodate such request on a best effort basis.
  • 4.   Can I recycle my glass bottles with HICJUICE?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes. You can return them to the driver on your next delivery or arrange for your bottles to be picked up. For the latter, please email concierge@hicjuice,com,sg with your name, address, contact number and number of bottles to return. 

    For hygiene purpose, we ask that all bottles be rinsed thoroughly with clean water before returning.
