About the order

  • 1.  What are the available ways for me to receive my order?keyboard_arrow_down
    You can choose to either collect the juices at The café by HIC at Centrepoint or have it delivered to you.
  • 2.  I have a last minute change of schedule. Can I change my delivery slot?keyboard_arrow_down
    No problem if you could let us know at least 4 days before your start date. We may allow postponement up to 3 months only and no cancellations or refunds will be made.
  • 3.   Can I request for a specific timing between the delivery time slot?keyboard_arrow_down
    As our delivery routes are different every day, it will not be possible to request for your delivery to reach at a specific timing. However, customers that wish to request for a specific timing can email to orders@hicjuice.com.sg, and our logistics team will try to accommodate such request on a best effort basis.
  • 4.   Can I recycle my glass bottles with HICJUICE?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes, you can drop off the bottles at The café by HIC and enjoy a 50c rebate on every clean bottle returned. Do note that these rebates are not exchangeable for cash. For hygiene purpose, we ask that all bottles be rinsed thoroughly with clean water before returning.
