About HICCLUB Membership

  • 1. How has my membership tier been assigned?keyboard_arrow_down 
    We assign your membership tier based on your spend for the past 12 months. Login to your account to find out your membership tier.
  • 2. How long will my membership tier last?keyboard_arrow_down 
    Your membership status will last for 12 months. Whenever your spend qualifies for the next membership tier, you will be automatically upgraded. Your new membership status will last for 12 months from the date of qualification. Basic membership does not expire.
  • 3. How long will my HIC points be valid?keyboard_arrow_down 
    Your HIC points will be valid according to your membership tier and will expire together with your membership tier. 
  • 4. How do I redeem my HIC points?keyboard_arrow_down 
    You will need to convert your HIC points to rewards vouchers which can be used at checkout to offset your purchases.

    Please note that reward vouchers are valid for 30 days and only one voucher can be used at checkout.

    To convert your HIC points to vouchers, go to Rewards section in the member’s portal.

  • 5. I signed up as a HICCLUB member after I have made a purchase. Will I still be awarded the points from my last purchases?keyboard_arrow_down 
    Points can be awarded if the member registration is done within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Please email us at concierge@hicjuice.com.sg with your receipt number, name and mobile number. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
  • 6. Can extensions be made for my expired points?keyboard_arrow_down 
    We can grant extension for the following reasons: - Travelling abroad for an extended period of time - Medical reasons

    Please email concierge@hicjuice.com.sg for an extension. Extensions will be made on a case by case basis with supporting documents
